It’s a practical space, meant for work rather than looking good. We have a lot of people coming and going because of the works nearby. The office itself is full of maps, schedules, and various project papers. It’s not the quietest place to work, but you get used to the sounds of the machinery and trucks pretty quickly. We usually get our tea from a small stall just outside the main gate. Pune weather is nice most of the time, especially during the rains, though the roads around Pimpri can get a bit messy. Inside the office, things are a bit cluttered. We’ve got old steel cupboards for the files and some wooden desks that have seen better days. We don’t really care about the furniture as long as it does the job. It’s a very hands-on environment here. Everyone knows their role, and we don't spend much time on long meetings. We just talk across the room to get things sorted. It’s a simple, hardworking place with a lot of history behind these walls and many long days spent at these desks.
