Our office for Shapoorji Pallonji Company Ltd. in Pune is at Orchid Villa. Specifically, we are in Flat No. 5, which is part of the Telco Kapoor Society on Plot No. 39 in Sector No. 24. This is over in the Pradhikaran area of Nigdi. It’s a very specific address, and it’s actually a quite nice, green part of the city. Being in a residential society like Telco Kapoor gives our office a very different vibe than if we were in a commercial tower. It’s quiet, which helps when we are trying to concentrate on complicated engineering drawings or budget spreadsheets. Pawar B. The Nigdi area is a bit of a haul from the main Pune center, but it’s perfect for the projects we have in this industrial belt. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of tea. We don't have any big corporate signs out front, just a small one so people can find us.
