Shapoorji Pallonji Co.Ltd.

Down in Pune, we have this office for Shapoorji Pallonji Co.Ltd. at Flat No.11 in Shalini Corner. It’s right in the Karve Nagar area, which is a busy and well-known part of the city. We’ve been operating out of this flat for a while now. It serves as a central point for the staff who are working on projects nearby. Karve Nagar has a lot of energy, and being in a building like Shalini Corner makes us feel like we are part of the local community rather than just some distant company. Inside, it’s all very functional. We’ve got the rooms set up for different tasks, mostly involving project coordination and some of the back-end administrative work. It’s not a very big space, so things can get a bit crowded when the whole team is in for a meeting, but we make it work somehow. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local authorities and suppliers from around Pune. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we stay busy. There’s always someone coming or going, usually someone heading out to a site or coming back with some reports and photos from the field. We don't go in for any of that corporate polish or flashy marketing. We just focus on the practical side of construction and making sure the day-to-day operations in Pune go off without any major hitches or delays in the schedule.
