We are located at Rh.No 7 in the Dwarkadesh Residency. This is in Pimpale Saudagar, near the Aundh area. Shapoorji Pallonji Co Ltd is our name. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office at all. It’s actually quite comfortable. We have a small team here. We don't have big signs or anything. We mostly just focus on the tasks we have for the day. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice for getting work done without too many distractions. We don't have a bunch of rules or a strict corporate culture. We just expect everyone to do their part. Sometimes we sit out in the common area for a break. We handle all the paperwork and coordination from this spot. It’s not a massive operation, but we stay busy enough. We don’t use a lot of fancy technology, just the basics that get the job finished. The furniture is a bit old, but it works. We aren't worried about how the place looks as much as we are about getting things done right. It’s a practical setup for us. We’ve been here for a while now and everyone knows the routine. It’s just a straightforward place where a few people come together to work every day. No frills, just steady progress on whatever is on the desk.
