Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Ltd

Our Pune office is out in Nigdi, specifically in the Runal Florence building in Sector 21. It’s a decent area, quite different from the crowded parts of the main city. We’re in Building E7, and it’s been our base for a good while. At Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Ltd, we have different branches, and this one handles a lot of the PCNTDA region work. The office feels like a regular home in some ways because of the layout. We have a few rooms set up with computers and big tables for checking plans. It’s usually quite busy with people coming in and out from various construction sites. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The walls are mostly covered in charts and calendars. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us moving. The local shops nearby are where we grab our snacks or get photocopies done. It’s a functional space. We focus on getting the daily logs updated and making sure the supplies are moving where they should. The team is a mix of older guys who have been with the company forever and a few younger ones learning the ropes. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep things organized despite the constant flow of paperwork. It’s just how we operate here in Pune.
