Our office is tucked away in Pawar Colony on Dehu Road, over in Pune. It’s a decent area, quite familiar to those of us who live nearby. Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.Ltd. has this spot as one of our many locations. It isn't a massive corporate skyscraper or anything, just a practical space where the team meets up to coordinate what needs to be done. Dehu Road has its own pace, a bit different from the main city center, which we actually like. The commute is what it is. Inside, you’ll find desks, some old files, and usually a pot of tea going somewhere. We aren't big on flashy signs or polished marble floors. The work we do is more about the actual construction and planning than looking impressive. We’ve been operating out of this Pawar Colony address for a while now. Most neighbors know us by now. It’s a simple setup. We focus on the daily grind, making sure the schedules are met and the supplies are where they should be. If things get a bit messy or loud, well, that's part of the industry. We don't try to hide the fact that we're a working office. It’s just us, doing our thing on Dehu Road. We don't have a lot of fancy slogans hanging on the walls. Just the calendars and project maps we actually use. It works for us and helps keep the local projects moving along.
