We’re Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.Ltd., and this Pune-39 location is one of our main hubs in Maharashtra. It’s a busy area, right by the depot, so there is always noise from the buses and the local traffic. Our office isn't quiet, but it’s where the work gets done. We’ve got a lot of history in Bhosari. The space is filled with old files, sample materials, and a few tired-looking chairs for whoever drops in. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you’ll likely just find one of us hunched over a desk or talking loudly on a mobile phone. We handle a lot of the local coordination from here. It’s a bit worn out around the edges, but it’s a functional space that serves us well. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things and manage the people who build things. The neighborhood is industrial and gritty, which matches the way we work. It’s a straightforward operation where everyone knows their role. We’ve been in this part of Pune long enough to know the shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick lunch. We aren't looking to impress anyone, we just want to get the projects finished properly.
