Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.Ltd.

We spend most of our days here at 22/9 Strling Appt. in Mahaveer Park. It’s right in Mohan Nagar, over in the Chinchwad area of Pune. The office isn't anything too fancy, just a place where we get the paperwork done and talk to the crews before they head out. Being in Pune-19 means we see a lot of the same faces every morning when we grab tea nearby. People know Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.Ltd. around here because we've been sitting in this spot for a while now. The building is okay, gets a bit dusty in the summer months like everywhere else in Chinchwad, but it works for what we need. We usually have people coming in and out all day, tracking projects or just checking in on schedules. It’s a busy corner of the park, honestly. Sometimes the traffic near Mohan Nagar gets a bit much, especially in the evenings, but we’re used to it by now. We don't really do the big corporate speeches here. We just show up, do the job, and try to keep things organized. It is just a regular group of us working out of this apartment setup. Most of the desks are covered in drawings and files, and there is always someone on the phone. That's pretty much how it goes for us in Pune. It’s local, it’s noisy, and it keeps us busy. It’s just how things are for us.
