Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd.

We are over here at Balajicomplex in Madhuban Housing Society. It is a bit of a quiet spot in Sangvi, but the office stays busy most days. If you know Pune, you know how the traffic gets, but once you’re inside Flat No. 8, it’s mostly just us looking over papers and making calls. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The walls have some stacks of files that probably need sorting, but we know where everything is. Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. has many spots, but this is where our small team handles the local side of things. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything. Just a regular place where we get the work done. Sometimes the tea guy comes by, or we just grab something from the shop downstairs. We spend a lot of time on site too, so the office might be empty if we’re all out checking on progress. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going full speed. There is always someone coming in with a delivery or a message. It is just a practical space for our day-to-day operations. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just desks, chairs, and a lot of engineering talk. That’s pretty much how it goes for us here in Sangvi. We might not have the best view, but it feels like home to us during the working hours.
