Our office for Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. is located in Pune, specifically over in the Chinchwad area. We are set up at Flat No. 10 in the Ganga Arcade building. It is right in Bhoere Colony, which is pretty close to where the Telco plant is. T.S. Mali is the person you would look for there. Chinchwad is a busy part of town with lots of industrial stuff happening nearby all the time. We have been in this flat for a while. It is not a huge corporate building with glass walls, just a regular place where we get our work done. The pin code is 411018 if you are sending anything our way. Being near Telco is handy for us because we know the route well. We spend most of our days here handling various construction tasks and sorting through paperwork. It is a bit of a quiet colony compared to the main roads outside. Sometimes the parking is a bit tight at Ganga Arcade, but we usually manage to find a spot. It feels more like a home office than a big city skyscraper. We have a small team here. Most of us have lived around Pune for years and know the shortcuts. It is a straightforward setup without any flashy signs. Just the name on the door and us inside working. It is a decent spot to be based in for our Chinchwad operations.
