Our office is situated in the Pradhikaran area of Pune, specifically in the LIG Colony in Sector No-25. It is a residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a typical business district at all. This makes it a bit more comfortable for us. We are at 12/7, and it’s a place where we can actually focus on the work without the constant noise of the main city center. The building is simple and serves its purpose well. Inside, you’ll find the usual office stuff—desks, computers, and stacks of project files. We handle various tasks here, mostly coordinating with the different sites and making sure the supplies and people are where they should be. The team is quite small, so we all know each other’s names and what everyone is working on. It’s a very human environment. We often step out for lunch at the local spots nearby, which gives us a break from the paperwork. We aren't into the whole corporate culture of long, pointless meetings. We prefer to just talk through the issues as they come up and find a way to fix them. The Pune weather can be a bit unpredictable, but the office stays fairly cool during the hotter months. It’s just a normal workplace for us, where we come every morning to put in a good day of work in the Pradhikaran community without any unnecessary drama.
