This is the regional office for Pune, but it’s tucked away in Flat Number 04 at Shraddha Garden. It’s in Gawade Park, right across from Lokmanya Hospital in Chinchwad. If you’re looking for us, that’s the easiest way to find the building. We’ve been in this space for some time now. It’s a quiet enough area for an office, which helps when we have to go through all the technical drawings and site reports. We don't spend money on big signs or flashy stuff. We’d rather just get the tasks finished. The team here is small but we know the Pune area really well. Being in Chinchwad means we are close to a lot of the action but still have a bit of peace. The office gets a bit crowded sometimes when everyone comes back from the field, but we make it work. It’s a functional place. We handle the admin and the planning from here. You won't find any corporate speeches or fancy slogans on our walls. Just some calendars and maybe a few old photos of projects we finished years ago. It’s a practical environment for people who actually do the work. We’ve been part of the landscape here for a long time. People around Gawade Park know us as the quiet lot in the garden apartments. That’s fine by us. We just keep things moving along steadily.
