Up in Nigdi, specifically in the L.I.G Colony at Pradikaran, is where you’ll find our office. It’s at 23/5 in the 25th Sector. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not as loud as the industrial zones, which is a nice change. The building is pretty standard for Pune—lots of stairs and narrow hallways. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the traffic at the main junction gets backed up. Inside, it's mostly desks and old filing cabinets. We do a lot of our planning and administrative stuff here for the projects around the district. There’s always someone coming in with a blueprint or a stack of invoices. It's a simple operation. We don't have a fancy canteen, so we usually just bring tiffin from home or get something from the local corner stall. It’s a bit cramped when the whole team shows up for meetings, but we make it work. It's just a regular office for a construction firm. We focus on getting the details right for the Nigdi site. It’s not a shiny corporate tower, just a reliable place where the work gets done by people who know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the parking, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and finish the paperwork needed for the day.
