We've been based out here in Maan for a while now. It's a bit of a trek from the main Pune city, tucked away in Mulshi. The roads are what you'd expect for a construction hub—dusty and busy with trucks. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a functional space where the real work happens. Most days start early with the crew gathering around. You can hear the noise from the sites nearby. Sometimes the power cuts out, but we just deal with it. It’s a lot of paperwork mixed with actual mud on your boots. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just show up and do what needs doing on the project. People know where to find us near the village area. It gets quiet in the evenings after the laborers head home. There’s a small shop down the road where we grab chai during breaks. It's just a regular bunch of us trying to keep things moving. We handle the materials and the site plans without making a big fuss about it. If you walk by, you’ll see the blue boards and the stacks of supplies. It's not a corporate skyscraper, just a solid base in Taluka Mulshi where we put in the hours every single day. There is always someone working on a ledger or checking a shipment. It is the kind of place where things actually get built.
