Shanti Enterprises

Shanti Enterprises is in Katraj, located in the Nagdevi Chamber on Street Sr No 120. We are right opposite the Vitthal Temple, which is the easiest way to explain to people how to find our door. It’s a busy little area, especially during temple festivals when the whole street is packed. We’ve been operating out of this chamber for a while now. The space is filled with all the items we trade in, so it’s a bit of a tight squeeze for us sometimes. We handle a lot of small parts and supplies for local shops and residents. It’s mostly just us and a couple of helpers who have been with us for years. We don't have fancy office furniture; we use what we've had since we opened. The sound of the temple bells throughout the day is a nice part of working here. We know most of the other shopkeepers on this street by name and often share tea with them. It’s a very local and traditional way of doing business. We don't have a website or any of those modern things. We just talk to people, take their orders, and make sure things get delivered. Sometimes the traffic on the street gets backed up, making it hard to unload our goods, but we make it work. It’s a simple life. We start early and close up once the sun goes down. People know they can find us here if they need something.
