Shams Tools Centre

Our place is at 1039 Raviwar Peth. It’s right on the Warasia Ring Road over in Vadodara. If you’ve ever been through Varasia you know how busy it can get especially during the peak hours. We deal with tools and have been in this spot for quite a bit. The shop is filled with all sorts of things from floor to ceiling so it can feel a bit cramped sometimes. It’s dusty work but someone has to do it. We don’t have a big fancy showroom or anything like that just shelves and boxes everywhere. Most days we are just busy helping people who walk in looking for specific parts. The Ring Road stays noisy all day long with trucks and bikes passing by constantly. We usually keep the front door open to let some air in even if the dust comes with it. It’s a bit of an old-school way of doing things here. We don't use any high-tech systems to track stuff just our own notes and memory mostly. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer needs because of how much we have packed in here. The tea stall next door is where we get our morning start. It's a simple life running a tool shop in this part of town and we don't expect it to change much. We just keep our heads down and work.
