We've been doing construction stuff in Pune for a while now. It's Shambhavi Constuctions Pvt Ltd. Mostly, we deal with the day-to-day site work, getting the materials sorted, and making sure the walls go up straight. Being based in Pune, we're used to the traffic and the way things work around here. It isn't always pretty on a job site with all the dust and noise, but that is just how it goes when you're building things from the ground up. We spend most of our time out in the sun or checking on supplies. It is a lot of hard work, honestly. Some days are just about fixing mistakes or waiting for trucks to show up. We have a small crew and we just try to get the projects finished so people can move in or use the space. We don't have a fancy office with big chairs, mostly just desks covered in blueprints and muddy boots near the door. That's just the way we like to operate. If you walk past a site and see a bunch of guys in vests talking about cement ratios, that might be us. We just keep our heads down and do the labor. It’s what we know. Pune is growing fast, so there is always a new foundation to dig or a slab to pour somewhere in the city. We're just one of the teams out there doing that kind of work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things right.
