Suyog Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in Shop 7 of Agarkar Bhavan over in New Sadashiv Peth. If you know Pune, you know L. B. Shastri Road can be a bit of a maze with all the shops and people moving about. We’ve been at number 846 for a good while now. We sell equipment, mostly for industrial use, but we aren't the type to boast about it. It’s a small shop, but it’s packed with stuff from floor to ceiling. You have to be careful where you step sometimes. We spend a lot of time talking to customers who come in looking for specific parts or tools. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. The area is quite traditional, and we like it that way. There’s a lot of noise from the traffic outside, but inside we just focus on the inventory and making sure the bills are paid. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of people in suits. It’s just us in our work clothes, helping people out with what they need. Some days the heat in Pune is a bit much, but we have a fan that does its best. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for years and know most of the regular faces. It’s a simple life, running a shop like this, and we aren't looking for anything more. We just keep the doors open and wait for the next person to walk in with a problem we can help solve.
