You can find our shop at Sai Empire, specifically Shop No 1 and 2 in Ram Indu Park on Mahalunge Road. This part of Baner has seen so much construction lately, but we've stayed put. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for our clients to drop in. We aren't part of any big franchise. It’s just a small, local team making food that we hope people enjoy. We handle a lot of events for the housing societies in the neighborhood and some corporate lunches too. The kitchen is always humming from the early hours of the morning. One thing we do differently is grinding our own spices instead of buying the packets. It’s more effort, but the flavor is just better. Most of our staff have been with us since we first opened our doors here. Marketing isn't something we spend much money on. Most of our new business comes from people who ate our food at a friend’s party. We try to be flexible with the menus because every family has different tastes. If you’re passing through Mahalunge or Baner, feel free to pop into the shop. We’re usually there during the day getting things ready for the next delivery. It isn't a polished corporate office, but we take the work seriously. Keeping the kitchen clean and the prices fair is how we've stayed in business all this time.
