Shahara India Comm. Crpo. Ltd is located out by Aamby Valley City in Lonavala, though our official mailing address is in Undale, Shewalewadi, which is in the Karad Taluka of Satara, Maharashtra. It is a bit of a unique situation having roots in both spots. We spend a lot of time dealing with the commercial side of things for the city area. It is a big responsibility, but we try to keep a very grounded approach to everything we do. The hills around Lonavala are a nice place to work, even if the logistics can get a bit tricky with the terrain. Back in the Satara district, life moves a bit slower, and we like that balance. Our team is mostly made up of people who grew up around here and know the land well. We don't use big words or fancy corporate talk. We just focus on the commercial tasks that need to get finished each week. Whether it is sorting out supplies or managing local projects, we stay busy. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like during the heavy monsoon rains when the roads get muddy, but we just keep going. It is not always a glamorous job, but it is necessary for the area. We have been at this for a long time and we plan to stay here, just doing our daily jobs in Maharashtra without making any big fuss.
