Shah Promoters And Developers is located at Garg Niwas in Vastunagar. It is right there on Sr.No. 567 near the Ket Yard area. This part of Pune is always moving, and our office is right in the middle of it. We have a simple space where we keep our maps and site plans. Usually, there is a lot of paper moving around. We spend our days talking to builders and trying to make sure the work at our sites is moving along. It is not always easy because something always goes wrong, like a delivery being late or the weather not cooperating. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Pune. We just want to do our job right. Our team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One minute I am looking at a budget, and the next I am out checking a foundation. The office at Garg Niwas gets a bit cramped when everyone is there at once, but it works for us. We have been here for a while now, and the local shopkeepers all know us. It is a practical way to work. We do not have a big marketing budget or a sales team. We just work on one project at a time and try to keep things simple. It is about being there every day and making sure the buildings get finished.
