Shah Promoters & Developers

We operate Shah Promoters & Developers from our office in Pancharatna Housing Society. It is over in Bhairobanala, Pune. It is not one of those big glass buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. We are in A-102, and it feels more like a home than an office most days. We have blueprints spread out over the tables and old files stacked in the corners. My phone rings quite a bit with contractors asking about materials or people wanting to know when a project will be done. Pune has changed so much since we started, and keeping up with all the rules takes a lot of our time. We spend a lot of our mornings at different sites, making sure the brickwork is straight or checking on the plumbing. Then we come back here to handle the paperwork in the afternoon. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to chat or ask for advice on their own houses. We do not do much advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about a building we did ten years ago. It is a steady pace, nothing too fast. We just focus on getting the current work finished before we think too much about the next thing. This office has been our base for years and it suits the way we work.
