We've been at Akurdi Hari Nagar 337/338 for a while now. Most days it's just us keeping the wheels turning at Sevcon India Pvt Ltd. It's an industrial area, so there's always noise from the nearby shops and people moving things around. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Usually, the morning starts with tea and a quick look at what needs to be finished before the sun goes down. People often get lost looking for 337/338 because the numbering around here is a bit messy, but once you find the big gate, you're in the right spot. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most of the people who come here know us already. It’s mostly about managing the daily tasks and making sure the paperwork doesn't pile up too high on the desks. Some days are busier than others, especially when shipments arrive or when there’s a lot of coordination needed. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this neighborhood. It’s got a specific feel to it, very practical. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit of a mess, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We keep things simple and try to stay focused on what’s right in front of us. No big speeches or complicated goals, just a regular workplace doing its thing every day.
