Our workshop is down at Sr.No.15/2 in the Gkdindustrial Estate. We actually take up quite a bit of space, from Shed No.D1 all the way through D8. It’s a proper industrial setting, so don't expect it to be quiet or particularly clean. Setco Spindles India Pvt.Ltd. is basically a place where we do spindle work, which means there’s usually the sound of machinery and the smell of oil in the air. We’ve been in these sheds for a long time. It’s a lot of manual work and checking measurements over and over. Sometimes the guys stay late when a big batch comes in. The estate itself is always moving with trucks and other businesses doing their thing. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find someone in overalls near the benches. We handle the repairs and the new builds right here on the floor. It can get hot in the summer under the shed roofs, but we've got fans going. We just do the work as it comes. There’s a lot of heavy lifting involved with these spindles. We’ve got our routine down, from unloading the raw parts to getting the finished ones ready to go out. It’s honest work, and we just keep our heads down and stay busy with the machines. It’s what we know how to do and how we spend our days.
