Senior Supervisor.

Our place is H.No.366, S.No.38 in Shanker Nagar, which is in the Keshav Nagar area of Mundhwa, Pune. As a Senior Supervisor, I spend a lot of time around the Mundhwa and Keshav Nagar neighborhood because it has been growing so fast lately. This part of Pune used to be much quieter, but now there is construction and activity everywhere you look. The office is located in a residential-style building, which makes it feel a bit more like home than a cold business office. Shanker Nagar is a decent spot to be based because it’s close to a lot of the projects we supervise. The office interior is very basic with just the essential furniture and a few cupboards for our records. It can get a bit noisy with the construction sounds nearby, but we are used to it. My day-to-day work involves checking on progress and making sure the teams are following the plans correctly. There is a lot of back-and-forth communication needed to keep things on track. I’ve lived and worked in Pune for years, so I’ve seen how these neighborhoods have changed over time. We just try to do our bit and keep the projects moving forward without any unnecessary drama. It’s a matter of showing up every day and dealing with whatever challenges the site throws at us, like missing materials or bad weather. We don't have a fancy lobby, just an honest workspace.
