We are based out of Rajaram Society in Vishrantwadi. It’s a well-known spot in the Pune area. The office is part of the society, so it has that community feel to it. You see people going about their daily lives while we are sitting here working on Semco Electric business. Vishrantwadi is a good location because it’s connected to many parts of the city. Our space is pretty basic. We have a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We don’t really do marketing or anything like that from here. It’s mostly just the day-to-day operations and making sure the electrical projects are on track. The society is usually quiet during the day, which helps us focus. We have a small kitchen where we brew tea and take our lunch breaks. It’s not like those high-rise offices you see in the IT parks. It’s more grounded. We know the security guards at the gate and the local shopkeepers nearby. People come in to drop off invoices or to talk about upcoming work. We keep things organized, but the office definitely looks lived-in. There are cables and samples around because of the nature of our work. It’s just how it is. We’ve been here for a while and it suits us just fine. It’s a practical place for a local company to keep things moving in Maharashtra.
