Sembcorp Logistics(I) Pvt. Ltd. is actually located in a residential building called Mayur Residency. We are in Flat No.7, which is in the Adinathnagar area of Bhosari. Smita N. Gaikwad is the one who looks after the place. It’s a bit different from a typical office since it’s a flat, but it suits us just fine. Pune is a big, crowded city, and Bhosari is right in the middle of all the industrial work. Being in a residency means it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road. We don't have a big staff here, just a few of us handling the logistics paperwork and calls. The flat is filled with computers and stacks of documents that need sorting. It gets busy in the mornings when we are trying to coordinate all the moving parts of the business. We’ve lived and worked around the Pune -39 area for a long time. The neighbors are used to us being here by now. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or a big lobby. It's just a place where we sit down and get the logistics work done. Sometimes the traffic in Bhosari makes it hard for people to visit, but we usually handle everything over the phone anyway. It’s a practical setup that lets us focus on the job without any extra distractions or high costs. We like the local feel of Adinathnagar and plan to stay.
