Sembcorp Logistics

We are based over at D 408 in the Daffodils building. If you know Magarpatta City in Hadapsar, you know it gets pretty busy around here during the morning rush. Most of us here at Sembcorp Logistics spend our time looking at screens or talking on the phone to drivers who are stuck somewhere. Pune weather is usually okay, but the office can get a bit stuffy when the AC isn't acting right. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just trying to keep the logistics moving so things get where they need to go. The desks are usually covered in papers and half-empty chai cups. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate to Daffodils, but we like the area. There’s a guy downstairs who sells decent snacks if you’re hungry. Most days are just a blur of tracking numbers and emails. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the neighbors in the building don't complain too much about the noise. Logistics is just one of those jobs where you’re always waiting for a call to say something arrived. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just how it is working in a place like Magarpatta. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just some chairs and our computers where we handle the daily grind. It is a practical office for a busy city.
