Our office for Sembawang Infra. (India) Pvt Ltd. (A Punj Lloyds Company ) is located in Pune, which is a city that is always growing and changing. We don't have a complicated address to give you, just that we are here in the middle of it all. Working in Pune is interesting because the weather is usually much better than in places like Mumbai or Delhi. We have a simple office space where the team gathers every morning. It’s a functional environment without any unnecessary frills. We have our desks, our computers, and a small area where we can sit and talk about what needs to be done. The traffic in the city has definitely gotten worse lately, so many of us spend a lot of time commuting. We try to make the office a comfortable place to spend the day since we are here so much. There are plenty of cafes and small eateries nearby where we grab lunch. It isn't a high-pressure corporate hub; it feels more like a small team working together. We’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up around us, but we stay focused on our own daily tasks. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, and other times we leave right on time to beat the rush hour. It’s just a normal workplace with a group of people who have been doing this for a long time. There is nothing special about the decor, but it works for us.
