We have been operating out of our office at 116, Sai Apex for a good while now. Viman Nagar is a busy area, and being on B T S Road means there is always something going on outside our windows. The office itself isn’t huge, but it fits the few of us who work here every day. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are searching for work. It gets a bit hectic when several people show up at once for interviews. We usually have stacks of files on the desks and the printer seems to be running constantly. There is a small tea shop nearby where we grab our morning drinks before the phones start ringing. Arekere Easte has its own local feel, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners around here pretty well. We don’t really have a big fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we try to get things done. Sometimes the internet is slow or a candidate doesn't show up, and we just have to deal with it and move on to the next task. It’s a lot of matching names to jobs and making sure the paperwork is filed correctly. We stay pretty focused on the daily grind. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and the office is usually full of energy.
