Our place is located at T-94 and T-95 in the Bhosari Industrial Area. Having those two plots together gives us a bit more room for the glass work we do. It’s a noisy part of town, right in the middle of all the other factories. We handle the automotive glass side of things mostly. If you’ve seen glass in a car, there’s a good chance it came through a place like ours. We don’t spend much time on fancy letters or marketing. Usually, we’re just making sure the furnaces are running right and the glass doesn't have any flaws. It’s a tough environment, especially when it gets hot in the summer. The staff here has been around for a while. We know each other well. We have our tea breaks together and then get back to the lines. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit. We wear our work clothes and get our hands dirty. The building is large and gray, typical for Bhosari. Moving the finished glass out to the trucks takes a lot of coordination. Sometimes the logistics get messy, but we figure it out eventually. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want the glass to be solid and ready for the customers. That’s really all there is to Sekurit Saint-Gobain here at our Bhosari site. It is a lot of work but we like it.
