Sejal Beauty Hair And Spa is run out of Flat No 08 in Madhav Park. We are right on Market Yard Road, not far from the Bank of Maharashtra. Being in a residential building like this makes the shop feel more like a home than a business, which we like. We’ve been here in Pune for a good while, serving the people who live around the Market Yard area. The space is simple. We have a couple of stations for hair and a small area for spa treatments. It’s not a place with a dozen employees. It’s just a few of us who know how to cut hair and do threadings. We keep the windows open when the weather is nice to let some air in. The noise from the market can be a bit much in the mornings, but it dies down later on. We don't have a complicated menu of services with fancy names. We just do the basics and we do them the way we were taught. Most of our customers are neighbors who drop by without an appointment. We try to fit everyone in, even if it means staying a bit late. The building is easy to find once you see the bank. We make sure the place stays tidy and that the water is always hot for the hair washes. It’s just a regular local shop. We often keep a small radio playing in the background at a low volume.
