Seinumero Nirman Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Gat No. 207 in Shindewadi, out in the Bhor Taluka. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s a lot quieter than being in the middle of a big city. We’re surrounded by a bit more open space, which is nice when you need a breath of air. The facility itself is where all the actual work happens. We’ve got a team of people who are mostly from the local villages around Shindewadi and Bhor. It feels more like a community than just a workplace sometimes. The day usually starts with the sun coming up over the hills. We spend our time managing the projects and making sure the materials are where they need to be. There isn't a lot of fluff in what we do. It’s manual work, for the most part, and it gets messy. We have an old desk in the corner where the accounts get done, and the rest of the space is for the real labor. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People mostly hear about us through word of mouth or by seeing our trucks out on the road. We focus on just doing the job and not making a fuss about it. On rainy days, the roads can be a bit tricky, but we always manage to get through. It’s just the way it is out here in the countryside. We focus on getting things built.
