Larsen And Tourbo

Our location is at House No. 543 in Chinthwad, Pune. It’s an actual house that we have converted into an office for Larsen And Tourbo. It’s a bit unusual compared to a typical office building, but it works for us. We use the different rooms for various parts of our work. The living room is where we have our main desks, and the bedrooms are mostly for storage and smaller workstations. We have a small porch where we sometimes sit if the weather is nice, although Pune can get quite dusty. The kitchen is still there, so we use it to heat up our lunches and make tea. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. Parking can be a bit of a struggle on this street, so we have to coordinate where we put our bikes. We’ve got some old wooden shelves that are bulging with folders and documents. The stairs are narrow, so moving furniture in or out is always a bit of a project. We have a small garden area in the front that’s mostly just dry grass and a few hardy plants. It’s a practical and low-key place to spend the workday. We don't have a big corporate feel here; it’s more about just getting the jobs finished. We’ve been in Chinthwad for a while and like the neighborhood vibe.
