Se Steel Limited (A Suzlon Group Company)

Se Steel Limited is based here in Pune, specifically over at Akshay Paradise. We use Flat No. 60 and 61 for our office space. It’s located near Damodarnagar in the Hingne Khurd area, just off Sinhgad Road. Being in an apartment building makes the vibe a bit different than a traditional office block. It feels a bit more like home, I guess. We are part of the Suzlon Group, but here on the ground, we just focus on our own tasks. Sinhgad Road is always busy with traffic, so we hear the noise from the street all day. We’ve got a small group of people working out of these two flats. It’s a bit tight sometimes with all the paperwork, but we make it work. We don't have fancy logos on every wall. It’s just a place where we sit and handle our business. The neighborhood has everything we need, like small cafes and shops for lunch. Pune 51 is the area code for this part of town. We don’t do much in terms of promotion or trying to look big. We just do the work that comes our way. The team is quite close because we spend so much time in a small space. It’s just how things are for us right now. We keep things simple and avoid the corporate fluff. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to make room for everyone to sit down.
