Sdi Consultants Pvt Ltd is based at B17 Nilgiri Heights on Senapati Bapat Road. We are in the Shivaji Housing Society area, which is tucked behind the J W Marriott hotel. It is a nice spot in Pune because SB Road is so central, but our building is in a slightly quieter section near Gokhale Nagar. We are consultants, which means our office is mostly filled with desks, computers, and a lot of technical documents. We don't have a fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get our planning and advisory work done. We have been here for a long time and have seen the city change quite a bit from our window. Our days are filled with meetings and looking over project details. It is more about the technical side of things than anything else. We aren't a big corporate machine; we are a small team that focuses on the details of each job. Most people who visit us are already familiar with the area or are coming by for specific project meetings. We don't do much in the way of promotion. We just focus on the work we have and make sure the consulting is handled properly. The neighborhood is convenient for us since we can get to most parts of Pune fairly quickly from here, even with the traffic on Senapati Bapat Road.
