We’ve been based out of Gangadham Phase 2 in Pune for a while now. Our office is right there in Marketyard, which is always busy with people and trucks coming through. We handle various project tasks here at Scon Projects Pvt Ltd. It’s not a fancy place, just F-1, 108, but it gets the job done for us. Most days start with coffee and looking over plans. The traffic around here can be a real headache, especially near the market area, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We are just a group of people trying to keep things moving. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, and the office is usually piled with files. Sometimes we stay late when things get tight. It’s a local operation, and we know the neighborhood well. People around here recognize us. We don't really do big ads or anything. We just focus on the work right in front of us. If you’re ever near Gangadham, you might see us coming and going. Pune has changed a lot since we started, but we’re still here in the same spot. We keep our tools and documents organized as best we can. It's just honest work, day in and day out. We like being in this part of the city because it feels real. No big glass towers for us, just the usual office life in Marketyard.
