We are based at 770/5 Alankar on the first floor. It’s situated off Bhandarkar Road in the Deccan Gymkhana area, right behind the Kotak Mahindra Bank. Being in this part of Pune means there is always something going on outside. The building is an older one, but it has a bit of character that you don't find in the newer glass blocks. We’ve set up our workspace here with some basic furniture and a lot of drawing equipment. It’s often a bit messy with paper scraps and coffee mugs, but that’s just how we function. We spend our hours looking at site plans and trying to make everything fit correctly on the page. It’s a small operation, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to drawing up the final details. We don't have any flashy brochures or a dedicated sales person. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in the middle of a discussion about a project. The neighborhood is full of trees and old houses, which makes for a pleasant walk when we need a break. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers recognize us. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about having a perfectly polished image. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes it's stressful, but mostly it's just about getting the job done right.
