Sbvns Nidhi Limited

Sbvns Nidhi Limited is situated in the Dhankavadi area, specifically in what people call the Upper part. We are located at Survey No. 13, C/10/30. Being in the upper section means there is a bit of a slope to the roads, and you can see a bit more of the surrounding hills from here. The neighborhood is very residential, filled with families and small local businesses. Our office is a modest space that fits right into the local landscape. We don't have any glass walls or shiny floors. It is just a plain room where we keep our files and meet with people. The morning starts with us getting the keys and checking the mail. We know many of the residents by their first names because they’ve been living in Dhankavadi for years. Sometimes the survey numbers can be a little confusing for people visiting for the first time, so we often have to guide them in from the main road. The office gets a good amount of sunlight during the day, which is nice. We focus on keeping the records of the Nidhi straight and helping folks with their questions. There isn't a lot of noise, just the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional rickshaw passing by outside. We take our lunch breaks together and usually talk about local things happening in the neighborhood. It is a simple, honest way to run a business, and we are quite happy being part of the Dhankavadi community.
