We are located in Vishal Residency, over in the A Wing on the first floor. Kasarwadi is a bit of an interesting spot because we are right on the Mumbai-Pune Road. You can hear the big trucks and the traffic all day long, but inside the office, we’re usually too busy to notice. We do a lot of interior work, so the place is usually a mess of wood laminates, paint chips, and hardware samples. It’s not a showroom where everything is perfect and shiny. It’s a working office. We spend hours trying to figure out how to fit a big wardrobe into a small bedroom or picking the right shade of grey for a kitchen. Often, we are out at different sites across the city, so the office might be empty for half the day. When we are here, we’re mostly on the phone with carpenters or drafting things on the computer. We’ve been here in Kasarwadi for a while and it’s a convenient spot for getting to both Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t have fancy brochures or a sales team. Usually, it's just us showing people what we’ve done before and seeing if they like the style. Sometimes the rain leaks a bit near the window or the elevator is slow, but we make do. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation where we try to make spaces look decent for the people living in them. We just take things as they come.
