We are located at 343, Gangasagar in Raviwar Peth, which is a pretty well-known part of Karad. The office is on a street that gets quite crowded during the market days. We deal with property and development around here. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around a big table with maps of the local land. Karad is a growing place, but it still feels like a small town where everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We spend a lot of time walking through dusty plots of land and talking to farmers or people looking to build a house. It’s not a fast-paced corporate environment. We take our time with things. Sometimes we sit and talk about the rain or the local news for an hour before we even get to talking about business. That’s just the way things work in Raviwar Peth. We don't have a big website or a social media person. People usually find us by asking around or seeing our sign in Gangasagar. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. We've seen a lot of changes in the buildings around here over the years. We just keep doing our bit, trying to make sure the paperwork is in order and the construction moves along, even when there are delays with the labor or the materials. It takes a lot of patience to get things built, but we have plenty of that. We like seeing a project go from a simple drawing to a real home.
