Sav Realty Llp is based at Jhamtani House, over at Survey No. 17/2 near the 45 Mtr Road. We spend most of our time right here at the Jhamtani Cera Craft building. It’s a busy spot, especially with the road being so close, so there’s always something going on outside our window. People sometimes find us by looking for the Cera Craft sign first. We’ve been here for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we handle the paperwork and talk to folks about property stuff. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, but mostly we are looking at listings or answering the phone. It’s a simple setup. If you’re driving down the 45 Mtr Road, you’ve probably seen the building. We like it here because it’s easy for people to find once they get the hang of the turn-off. The area is growing quite a bit. You see new things popping up every few months. Inside, it’s mostly desks, a few chairs for visitors, and stacks of files that we try to keep organized. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff, just a small group doing our jobs every day. We know the local streets well because we’re out and about quite a bit. Dealing with real estate means you spend a lot of time on your feet or in the car. That’s just how it goes for us at Sav Realty Llp.
