We've been over here at Springdales Apartments in Kharadi for a while now. It’s an older building on Old Mundhwa Road, but it works for us. Most of the folks in the office are from around Pune, so we know the traffic patterns and where to get a decent lunch. Sauer Danfoss India Pvt. Ltd deals with parts and systems here, nothing too flashy, just the day-to-day stuff that keeps things running. Sometimes the monsoon makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but we manage. People stop by when they need something specific for their machines. We aren't a huge operation at this location, just a small team handling the paperwork and technical side. It gets busy during the middle of the week, but we try to keep things organized. Usually, you’ll find us sorting through orders or on the phone with suppliers. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first set up shop here; there are so many more buildings now. We just focus on getting our tasks done and making sure the parts go out where they’re supposed to go. If you are coming from the main part of Pune, the turn-off can be easy to miss if you aren't looking. We’ve got a few desks and some filing cabinets, the usual office setup. It's not a showroom or anything, just a place where work happens. We've stayed in this spot because it's convenient for most of us and we know the area well.
