Satyam Tools

You can find Satyam Tools over at Parvati Heights in Indrayani Nagar, which is part of the Landewadi area. Our shop is unit 407. It’s a bit different because we are located in a building that has both commercial and residential vibes. Parvati Heights is a well-known spot around here, so it’s not too hard for our suppliers to find us. We focus on tools, so the inside of our place is basically rows and rows of metal cabinets and heavy-duty shelving. It can get a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives, and we have to stack boxes in the hallway for a few hours. The neighborhood is mostly quiet compared to the main industrial zones, which is nice because we don't have trucks rumbling by every five seconds. We have a small window that looks out towards the street, but it’s usually blocked by some of our stock. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we all just walk or take a scooter to the shop. We don’t really have a big sign with flashing lights; it’s just a simple board above the door. Most of our customers are local craftsmen and smaller workshops who need reliable tools for their own jobs. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what we get in because we don't like selling stuff that won't last. It’s a straightforward business and it keeps us out of trouble.
