We haven't spent much on decorating or trying to look like a big firm from the city center. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of storage for the records we need to keep. The walls are a bit plain, and the floor has some scuffs from years of feet moving back and forth, but it works for us. Inside the office, the atmosphere is usually pretty focused. We don't have a lot of meetings for the sake of meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs doing.
