Our setup is located in the Bhosari MIDC area, which is pretty much the heart of the industrial zone here. We actually run things across two different spots. There is Unit 1 over in Electronic Sadan 1, and then we have Unit 12 in T. Sadan III. It’s not the quietest place to work, with all the factories around us, but it suits what we do. We focus on electronic components and things like solid state relays. The floor is usually covered in tools, wires, and parts waiting to be put together. It’s a workspace first and foremost. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls. Mostly just some calendars and safety signs. The staff knows the routine. We start early before the sun gets too hot, especially since the metal roofs in this zone can make things warm by the afternoon. We have been in the T. Zone for a while now. Most people who work in this part of MIDC know where the Sadans are. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it. We get deliveries coming in and out throughout the day. The trucks block the narrow roads sometimes, so you have to be patient. We just focus on getting the assemblies right and meeting our daily targets. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
