Satkirti Filters

We have been based at Shed No. 4B in the Pandhari Industrial Estate for quite a few years now. It is a busy little area in Mauje Shivane and there are always trucks moving in and out of the estate. We focus on filters here. Most of our days are spent on the workshop floor, which can get a bit dusty and loud because of all the machines. We are just a small group of people who know how to put these filters together. There is nothing very fancy about our setup, just the tools we need and a few benches. Sometimes we have a lot of orders piled up and the place looks a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. Shivane is a good place to work because you have all the other industrial shops nearby if you ever need a spare part or a bit of help. We don't really do much in the way of big meetings. We just get our coffee, look at the schedule, and start working on the units. The office is just a tiny corner with a desk that’s usually covered in papers. We aren't trying to be some huge company, we just want to get the filters made right so they do their job. It is hard work and the days are long, but that is just how industrial life is for us here.
