Bilwa Overseas Pvt. Ltd.

We operate Bilwa Overseas Pvt. Ltd. out of B-706 in the Swapnalok Society. We’re located in the Kale Padal area of Sasane Nagar. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are based within a society, but it keeps our overheads manageable. Most of our day is spent on the phone or the computer, coordinating shipments and talking to people overseas. It’s a small office space, mostly filled with files, a couple of laptops, and some product samples we keep on the shelves. We handle the export and import side of things, which means our hours can be a bit strange depending on which time zone we are dealing with. Sometimes we’re here late at night, other times we’re up before the sun to catch someone in a different country. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. We aren't trying to look like a giant multinational. We’re just a local business trying to make the logistics work for our clients. There’s always some paperwork to fill out or a customs issue to track down. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the day. It’s steady work, and we’ve built up some good relationships over the years just by being honest about what we can actually do. Sasane Nagar is a nice enough place to work from, even if parking can be a headache for visitors.
