SARVATRA EXIM LLP

Running Sarvatra Exim takes up most of our time at Plot 57 in Pune’s Pimple Nilakh. We are located in Rakshak Society, at S No-32 to 37. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, which makes the work day feel a bit more relaxed than if we were in the middle of a city skyscraper. We handle import and export tasks from a relatively small office. You’ll see a lot of folders and printouts of shipping manifests on the desks. Pune is growing so fast, and Pimple Nilakh has changed a lot since we first set up here. There are new buildings popping up everywhere. Our daily routine involves checking international time zones and making sure the cargo is where it’s supposed to be. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We don’t have a flashy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, one of us just looks up from a computer when someone walks in. We spend a lot of time on the phone, sometimes dealing with people halfway across the world. It’s interesting to see how things move from one country to another from a desk in a quiet society in Pune. We just keep the records straight and try to stay on top of the paperwork, which never seems to end. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we just have to wait it out with another cup of coffee while the files upload. It’s just how things are here.
