SARVAMANGALAM URBAN NIDHI LIMITED

We are located in the Inspria Mall over in Nigdi. Specifically, we are on the fourth floor at Office No. F9. Being in a mall is a bit different than the other local offices. You have to take the elevator or the stairs up. Pune traffic in the Nigdi area can be a real headache, so getting to the mall sometimes takes longer than you’d think. Sarvamangalam Urban Nidhi Limited isn't a retail shop, so we don't have a big display window. It’s just a standard office door on the fourth floor. Inside, it is usually quiet compared to the noise of the mall downstairs. We have our files, a couple of computers, and some chairs for visitors. It feels a bit more modern because of the building, but we are still just regular people working here. We don’t have fancy uniforms. Most of the time, we are just catching up on paperwork or talking to people who come in from the nearby residential colonies. The mall has its own rhythm, and we just follow it. We open up when the building opens and head home when the mall starts to get crowded in the evening. It’s a convenient spot since there’s parking and other shops around. We just focus on keeping our urban nidhi records straight and helping out whoever walks into F9 on the fourth floor.
